BUSINESS CONCLAVE 2021:Envisaging Transformation in Business Tactics

The business conclave was organized for the first time from 9 to 10 March 2021 by the management department and e-cell of St. Xavier's College, Hathroi Fort, Jaipur. The program began with the blessings of the College Manager, Reverend Father Varkey Perekat SJ, who spoke of the occasion to provide students with a great experience of networking, learning and discovery while providing a dynamic business environment. Reverent Father Glenn Menezes SJ, Rector, St. Xavier's School, Bhiwadi, highlighting the relevance of this discussion, explained the importance of youth innovations in the start-up business, adorning the conclave. College Principal Reverend Father Dr. A. Rex Angelo S.J. Congratulated all the distinguished panel members present for making them aware of the changes and innovations of the business world and aggregating the experiences of the world of start-ups through this conclave. In this panel discussion, Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Chartered Accountant and Financial Advisor, Chairman, Young Indians Confederation of Indian Industry; Shri Ravish Gupta, Founder, WIPL; Eminent experts like Shri Paresh Gupta, Founder, Global Center for Entrepreneurship and Commerce, and Ms. Alka Batra, Managing Director, Aegis Jobs. Success experiences were then shared with all panelists through an interactive session. Various competitions like Marketing Maestros, Talent Recruiters, Mock Parliament were organized in this program. Conclave 2021 led the way for young entrepreneurs, detailing business models.

  Department of Business Administration organized an “orientation session by CII YI Yuva on Power Dressing” on October 18, 2021. The Department has a MoU with Confederation of Indian Industry Jaipur Yuva Chapter. The session was conducted in person mode in the college auditorium in which Fr. Raymond Cherubin, Vice Principal St. Xavier’s Jaipur welcomed the resource persons and the guests in their opening remark.
